Special Discount
Up to 50% for reservation of multiple booths i.e. further 10% discount for 2, 20% for 3 ; 30% for 4; 40% discount for 5 and up to 50% for 6 booths.
Payment
A 50% deposit to be paid on registration (and before 31 Dec 05 for early-bird registration), and the remaining balance by 31 Mar 06.
Crossed cheque (for HK exhibitors ONLY) / Bank draft (for Mainland and overseas exhibitors) should be made payable to “Intelligent Transportation Systems, Hong Kong Ltd”.
Registration will be void if payment is not received 7 days after the registration.

The standard facilities will be provided by the official contractor. Please refer to the exhibition details as listed above.
For special facilities requirement, please contact our official contractor, AD Target Exhibition Services Ltd, at tel: (852) 2836 3863 or email : general@artelec.com, or please refer to the enclosed order forms including “Rental of Additional Furniture & Facilities” and “Rental of Additional Lighting / Electrical Facilities / Electricity Supply”. Exhibitors may choose to approach other contractors to make their own arrangement.
The organizer reserves the right to change the overall layout plan without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be accepted only in writing via mail or fax, no later than 31 March 2006, and only 50% of fee will be refunded. There will be no refund for cancellation requests received after 31 March 2006.
